If you’re not satisfied with the service, simply login to MYKART24 Portal and send us a mail. We assure you to resolve the issue within 48 hrs if found genuine & within our control.  .

 

Refund Policy

We don’t have any refund or cancellation policy until and unless there is duplicate or wrong order placed. We reserve the right to accept or cancel the cancellation request. If the order gets dispatched no refund or cancellation will be done.

 

Procedure for Requesting Refund

If you are eligible for raising a cancellation request you need to contact the vendor withing 24 hour of your order whose name and phone is mentioned in your order details. If no action is taken by them you can mail us on contact@mykart24.com with the following details

After your request is received we will check and revert to you if your eligible for cancellation and refund. If found ok we shall process cancel your order and process refund.

 

Cancellation Fee

A processing fee of  2.5% plus taxes will be charged on full paid amount. The amount will be processed for refund within 8 to 10 Working days. The refund will be directly credited to the account within 7 working days from which payment was made.

 

We reserves the right to amend, modify, delete or add any such terms under the Cancellation and/or Refund policy, at any time, which shall also apply to the Orders previously placed by you.
